We listen, act, and transform
At Glacier Lakes Therapy, counseling is ultimately not an end but a journey for both therapist and client. Counseling helps many clients face existing, past, and future problems that leave them emotionally upset or unable to cope. Therapists adopt many theories and approaches, yet most agree that building a solid and varied base of skills, therapeutic relationship and a deep theoretical understanding of counseling is essential for positive client outcomes. At Glacier Lakes Therapy we like to focus on what a client wants to work on for their personal goal, while giving praise and empowerment for life challenges.
